Challenge
Tomlinson Group was upgrading their primary and secondary crushing circuits to include a surge tunnel system, allowing the primary crusher to operate independently from the secondary and remaining circuits. The plant consisted of a 62″ x 28′ VGF, a Metso C145 Jaw Crusher, a Simplicity 8×20 TD Scalping Screen, and a GP500 Secondary Crusher.
Results
KREATOR Equipment’s fabrication and installation teams delivered a fully integrated primary and secondary crushing plant, successfully completing the project despite winter installation conditions, including cold temperatures and heavy snowfall — a testament to the crew’s field expertise and commitment to project timelines.
