Challenge
CRH RMX required custom guarding to be installed on their inclined plant feed conveyor as part of a ready mix/concrete plant safety upgrade. Custom mounting brackets and frames were designed and fabricated to allow removable guarding to be installed along the sides and bottom of the conveyor, ensuring both worker safety and ease of maintenance access.
Results
KREATOR Equipment designed, fabricated, and installed a fully guarded conveyor system, eliminating access to pinch points and significantly improving on-site safety for CRH RMX’s ready mix operations.
