Challenge
Advanced Millwrights/Agrico needed to replace an existing ship offload system, including a custom 48″ x 245′ radial stacker. The stacker had to travel radially and discharge into 5 surrounding domes without altering its existing radial travel pattern. Due to its length, the stacker required a custom undercarriage made up of over 20 individual components, making the installation particularly complex from a lifting and rigging standpoint.
Results
KREATOR Equipment designed, fabricated, and installed the 245′ radial stacker — the largest stacker built by our team to date — on time and on budget, successfully replacing the customer’s ship offload system with a custom-engineered solution built for long-term reliability.
