Challenge
Triple M Metals required a conveyor upgrade as part of a recycling plant modernization project, including relocation to a lower level, extended feed chutes, and custom platform extensions. The main engineering challenges involved integrating the new conveyor structure within the existing support framework of the recycling processing equipment, meeting a condensed installation schedule, and performing structural steel installation at height.
Results
KREATOR Equipment delivered custom steel fabrication and structural installation services for the conveyor upgrade, completing the project on schedule with zero safety incidents. The new conveyor system now supports Triple M Metals’ expanded processing capacity within its recycling operations.
