Walker Industries required a custom sound wall system installed around processing equipment to reduce decibel levels at the plant. The project involved engaging with a sound wall OEM to design, fabricate, and install a sound attenuation structure around the secondary screens and crushers, while maintaining full access for ongoing maintenance and operations.
Results
KREATOR Equipment designed and installed the sound wall system to allow installation during active operating hours, minimizing downtime. The finished structure preserved full access to the screens and crushers for routine maintenance, delivering effective noise reduction without disrupting plant operations.
