KREATOR Equipment delivers hands-on field services to keep equipment running and projects moving forward. Our crews support production managers, maintenance managers, foremen and leadhands, site managers, OEMs, and project managers who need reliable, on-site expertise they can count on.
Built around your project
From equipment assembly and installation to millwrighting and welding, our teams show up ready to work — whether it’s a scheduled project or an urgent repair. Every job is backed by fully stocked service trucks and clear, day-to-day reporting, so you always know what was done and why.
What’s included
Our field services cover equipment assembly and installation, dismantling and removal, lifting and rigging, and millwrighting. We also handle welding, bucket repairs, general repairs, anchor point load testing, fabrication, and hydraulic repairs — giving our customers a single team they can rely on for a wide range of on-site needs.
Process
Every job starts with a call from a site manager, maintenance manager, or production manager outlining the scope of work. From there, the job can be quoted or completed on a time and materials (T&M) basis. Once dates are confirmed, our crew executes the work on-site — with a signed service report completed daily to track hours and materials.
Industries served
We proudly serve a wide range of industries, including aggregates/mining, ready mix, industrial, scrap metal recycling and plastics — bringing the same level of precision and reliability to every project, regardless of scale or complexity.

Frequently asked questions
Answers to the questions we hear most from engineering teams, OEMs, and project leads working with our design group.
Yes, KREATOR Equipment’s service trucks are fully stocked with consumables such as shielding gases, welding rods, and grinding discs. These consumables are included in our standard field service rates at no additional charge.
For general repairs, customers can choose to supply their own materials, or KREATOR Equipment can source and supply the required materials, with costs charged back to the customer as part of the invoice.
KREATOR Equipment invoices T&M field work based on a daily service report completed by the crew, listing hours worked and any materials provided beyond standard consumables. Each report requires sign-off from a customer representative before being used for invoicing.
